Eric Meyer began his career in the promotional products industry in 1996 during his high school years in Fort Wayne. By 2001, he had relocated to Huntington, IN, continuing his work in Fort Wayne. In 2017, Eric made the decision and transitioned from his full-time position to the owner of Big E Promos. Along with Marilyn Groves, a former colleague, who joined as a sales representative.

Over the past seven years, Big E Promos has evolved significantly. What started as a home-based operation outsourcing all product needs to today, in 2024, the company boasts multiple commercial embroidery machines and digital transfer machine equipped with multiple heat presses.

In July 2024, Big E Promos moved to the current location at 1217 S. Jefferson Street in Huntington, Indiana - which has a showroom with meeting area, and large production space.
